This game is good but there are so many adds. And the levels are so difficult
So sad last time i logout my game.. And then i log in back..all my purchased item are gone and it returned to level 1 😫😫😫😫 i bought the items via online debit and all my gems are gone 😭😭😭.. So frustrated!! now i cant even open this apps its keep on loading and only show (99%).. So how am i suppose to do?? Uninstall it and re-install back?!! I dont want to start all the levels that i played its soooo harddd!!
The game is great but its extremely hard moving on to the next levels when gems are required. I have completed about 5 offers for free gems & have yet to receive one! I reached out to support but they told me to take a screenshot & send to them. However once you've already selected the offer, you are no longer able to see it. I have sent the most recents one to support & still no gems. So if you dont plan on buying gems then this is NOT THE GAME FOR YOU.
I liked this game at first but when I unlocked the new city and undergo to a new tutorial, my controls suddenly stopped working. At first I thought maybe it was my device but I already restarted my phone countless of times and cleaned it but for some reason it still did not work. And there were some app crashes too but it only happened a few times a day so I'm not that angry over it. Such a shame but I'm uninstalling this one.
Amazing game.....one thing I think should change is the fact that you have to get gems to upgrade appliances. It's difficult when you spend 30 gems to unlock a world and then have to upgrade the appliances. Coins should be enough to get upgrades. One more thing I'm seeing where I can purchase more gems but when I click on it, it just keeps going around and around. Please help.
It crashes far too often. Also I downloaded the last 4 levels, but can't see anything on them. None of the graphics are working in the last few streets. The streets I have this issue on is bubble tea street, fish and chips street, bratwurst st., and tapas st.

Has an extraordinary level of gatekeeping. Gates essential upgrades behind gems, which is bad design. Refuses to let me use party bus or carnival challenge, even though im on the internet and can still watch ads in-game. I like the gameplay a lot, but certain bad design elements drag the score down, and it's real disappointment that the devs chose a path proven to anger players.
I tried to buy the gem twice but it did not go through and my credit was cut. Got an email from google play store stating that there would be no refund. It would be great if the refund in form of gem or coins. Or else any solutions for this problem? Anyone having the same problem? Thank you
I'm still trying to click on the play button to actually get into the game... Uninstalled/installed 2x and still not even get past the PLAY button screen. Something about not being able to get resources or something like that... Strike 2, you're out...not eager to give it a 3rd chance to bomb.
i love the game but i have issue connecting wifi. at home page the wifi signal is crossed. i tried connecting via fb, gmail and Twitter, and it was unsuccessful. please advice how to connect the wifi, i even checked the app settings on play store to ensure permission is on. thanks
made some tasks to earn gem, but no gem was sent, I purchased some gems, payment was successful but again no gems were sent to my acct. SENT YOU AN EMAIL REGARDING. KINDLY FIX THIS! UPDATE: They replied to my email saying that they already provided the missing gems I bought plus an additional for the inconvenience. But, when I try to open the app, it always say "connection lost".
Loved this game up until today..... it seems to be glitching. As soon as I reach 2 stars it ends the level even though I have time on the clock and still have customers to serve. Very annoying and not making it much fun to play!
Timer for each ingredients cooked in the pan should have strong notifications like exlamation mark or flashing colors to avoid being burnt and for users to easily see it.
Very fun game for the most part. Requires a lot of focus which makes things tense, which I like. The haotic feedback isn't very good sometimes when you're trying to drag an ingredient or dish to a specific spot, like the hot plates. There also seems to be a bug on BBQ street that does not allow you to complete level one. During the tutorial on this level, the AI asks you to drag a cooked steak to the plate and then to the customer. However, it does not allow you to do so at all.
Good game. I would've given it more stars if it weren't for having to slide the ingredients to the dishes and then the dishes to the customer. The actions take too long and too often I was having to re-slide things because it wouldn't take. It eats up time and I got frustrated. I like being able to tap. Its quicker and gets stuff done at a lightening pace I like to work at. Other than that, I liked the game.
Have been playing for some time now and its a great game. One of the good cooking games you can play.its addictive as its time based. There are a variety of cusines

Ok so I love the new ramen addition and I even like the fact that along with stopping the bus u have toned down the number of gems needed for everything.. So great thought.. amazing new level.. do keep making more 😍😍 still would prefer if like before at least if the bus would keep on going for 2 gems and not 6 😉
Only problem is I never recieved my gems after completing the carinval challenge. I hope it will not happen again, I enjoy this game and nothing else like it.

Okay until level 34. The game once closed and reopened locked up. The only choice was to tap on a video, which claimed falsely my internet was not working. I could not make it continue and stopped playing. Game was okay until then.Update: 6/1/19, Reinstalled app, completed though level 40 & Pasta Street, same lock up issue "Oops, Check your internet connection" trying to force me to a stupid Party Bus video. Useless game when it stops and can't be played further.
Timed levels seem manageable, but the touch sensitivity is not on point, very irritating.
Love this game! But the levels get too challenging too quickly, which made me loose interest fast. Its evident that the developers want players to purchase game packs for coins and gems in order to earn full stars at higher levels and to pay for the cost of items which also increases too quickly in my opinion.

Was enjoying the game the whole first truck then when I opened the second it suddenly needs gems to upgrade everything. Yet another money grab. As if the ads aren't enough. Too bad.
It's fun at first but then it very difficult to get gems unless you buy them. The game is very monotonous of you don't have gems. Also the tasks that give free gems are fake and don't give the gems promisd. Don't think I am going to play anymore
This game has been freezing and force closing that's really too bad I really enjoyed playing** update** I really enjoyed the game with its MAJOR bugs...but NOW the game is updated to only allow gem giveaways if you have under 40...I know longer have a need to open the game regularly guess I'll look for other games to keep my interest...5 stars reduced to 2

Tried multiple times to install and it WONT install. Other games installed just fine so it must be a problem with THIS game.
Good game but no matter how best you play and how much you upgrade you will not get 3 stars. Thats disappointing and game suddenly freezes and mobile screen is pixelated like its display needs repairing.......this usually happens when you upgrade ur food truck environment. And game freezes when you tap the red play button on the map when you want to enter a perticular area. Uninstalling....
I wish I could turn my points which is over 1million into other things like maybe get stars instead..
I really love this game, it's super fun but it lags so much that it makes it impossible to get 3 stars on the higher levels, and it is very frustrating. I hope there will an update that can fix this and I'll give the app 5 stars:)
You get very little gems. Difficult to improve ingredients and kitchen utensils. Makes the levels hard.
I love playing the game, when it actually opens. It wouldn't open (Galaxy S21) then this last weekend it finally started working again. But now the game won't open.

Hi Team, is there any bug or server issue on your end which is causing this server error problem today for everyone. It was working fine in morning, but started giving error since noon. I saw many similar comments today. I started playing it recently and liked so far. I am giving it 2 stars for my experience till now. Request to respond on this and let us know by when it's going to be fixed. I will uninstall the app after 24 hours in case if I don't receive any response.
I downloaded this game on my s21 and it won't even let me play the game. Idk why please help! I've already Uninstalled and reinstalled it already.
Completing a carnival is like next to impossible. I personally felt it is made just to waste my gems. The investment is huge and the out come is zero. (With my case, dont know about others) The only thing I would request for is either the gems required to get something in the game should be less, or getting gems should be easier than this. Besides the game is really addictive, and I have loved it so far.
This is crazy! I have to wait 4hrs over and over just to get the one gem. No option to play anymore unless you reached the gems needed to upgrade. This is ridiculous! But well...I deleted the game. I'm done with it.

I have fun playing this game but they have recently added all these ads in the middle of the game now. Just like most games the pop-ups take the fun out of playing at times.

Great time consumer when your board! As odd as it sounds, it helps hone the skills of time management! Other than not having a stylus to help dexterity its a great game!
Update fixed the problem and was able to hop in and play more. Levels are fun, and each area does have a different truck and feel to it. You *can* progress without buying gems, but you will not be getting three stars on many levels without gems. Carnivals are fun, but you pretty much will be unable to compete them without fully upgraded trucks (cooking side and asthetics). Beware, despite this game syncing to Google Play, if you have a sudden issue that requires you to wipe your phone, ALL progress is lost despite relogging into Google account.
The developer really wants to ruin you with this.. I love games like this so immediately a payed over 5 quid to support the developer only to find out that when you get to level 2, you cannot upgrade without gems. Let's get one thing straight, the game wants you to pay big bucks to play this, as a PlayStation gamer who literally pays 45 pounds for a well developed stunner of a fame, this is insulting to the industry. I am literally done with downloading games now that are "free to play" 7 pounds should be MORE than enough to play a game such as this
